Return Policy

Due to the fact I work extremely close with my clients to guarantee satisfaction prior to shipment, if upon arrival, the client is not 100% satisfied with the item, the item can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs.  This only refers to pieces which are not commissioned pieces.

Due to the extra effort I take to create 100% satisfaction, commissioned pieces are non-returnable.
